    1. WPBF is a donor-based, non-profit foundation, managed by community volunteers.
    2. WPBF does not have members and therefore charges no dues

    1. Yes, to the extent allowed by law. WPBF is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization.

    1. The Foundation gratefully accepts contributions large and small. Gifts of stocks and bonds are also welcome. Donation checks payable to WPBF may be mailed to WPBF, P.O. Box 1614, White Plains, NY 10602.

  1. How can I donate a bench “In Memory of” or “In Honor of” a loved one?
    1. WPBF, working with the City of White Plains, will arrange for a bench inscribed
      with a loved one’s name to be placed at an available location within a city park
      or permitted public space within the city of White Plains.
    2. For information and current price of a new bench, submit a requuest for information by sending us a message through out "Contact Us" form here.

    1. You may receive a copy of our Newsletter by mail or view it online at this website.
    2. In addition, watch our twice weekly cable TV show, “This Blooming City,” on channel 76 Tuesdays and Saturdays at 9pm.
    3. We meet once a month at White Plains Public Library during lunch hour.
