White Plains Beautification Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit charitable organization comprised entirely of volunteers. Since its incorporation in 1965, it has raised over two million dollars for the beautification of White Plains. One of the Foundation's goals is to have people think of White Plains not just as a major business and shopping center, but as "A City in the Park."
